About the Site

Flinders Medical Centre (FMC) is the southern area's largest hospital and provides medical services for people living in the southern metropolitan area of Adelaide.

About the role

The Site Manager oversees all aspects of on-site security and serves as the primary point of contact for Flinders Medical Centre staff on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and training.
  • Handle reporting and monthly statistics.
  • Conduct auditing and record-keeping.
  • Oversee access control, key control, and CCTV monitoring.
  • Ensure occupational health and safety compliance.
  • Attend contractual meetings.
  • Test duress alarms and fire systems.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Prior experience in management and leadership within a team environment.
  • Certificate II in Security Operations.
  • Current SA Security License and Driver's License.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems (MS Office, CCTV, report writing, data entry, audits, and fire systems).
