Für unsere Holding sind wir auf der Suche nach einem (Junior) Application Manager Process & SHEQ Tools (m/w/d).

Deine neue Herausforderung:
  • Neue Anforderungen aufnehmen, planen und umsetzen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Group Process & SHEQ Management sowie den Fachverantwortlichen in den Märkten (Systeme BPMS, DMS, SHEQ System)
  • Verantwortung für die Systeme (Single Point Of Contact) – operative Betreuung, Parametrisieren von Weiterentwicklungen, Testen und Dokumentieren der umgesetzten Anforderungen
  • Ansprechpartner für die interne IT sowie externe Systemanbieter
  • Durchführen von Anwendungsschulungen der Applikationen
  • Verantwortung für die systemübergreifende Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen
  • Erstellen, Aktualisieren, Pflegen und Verwalten der Dokumentationen (wie z.B. Betriebshandbuch, Benutzerhandbuch und Anleitungen)
  • Erstellen von anwendungsspezifischen Reports in den Systemen oder über Power BI
Was Dich für uns interessant macht:
  • Facheinschlägige Ausbildung in der IT oder abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. vergleichbaren Studiengängen
  • Erste nachweisliche berufliche Erfahrungen als Projektleiter wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse zu den Themen Prozess-, Risiko- und SHEQ-Management wünschenswert
  • Verständnis und Interesse für bereichsübergreifende, betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Hohes Verständnis und Affinität für die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten IT-Applikationen (M365 insbesondere Sharepoint, GBTec)
  • Exzellente Kommunikations-, Team- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
