The Role

Reporting to the National Operations Manager and General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic, operational, and financial success of the business. Managing multiple branches across SA, NSW, VIC & QLD, you will lead from the front, ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead business growth, achieving national targets and performance benchmarks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop multi-disciplinary teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Oversee strategic planning, marketing, business development, and financial performance.
  • Leverage expertise in modern awards, rates, rulings, and tender submissions to optimize business success.
  • Provide high-level advisory and representation services to executive leadership.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, industrial relations, and WHS regulations.
  • Continuously innovate and refine processes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
