OCEAiN GmbH ist das Head-Office von einer internationalen, dynamisch-erfolgreichen, medizinischen Non-Profit-Gesellschaft mit Fokus auf entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen (Inflammatory Bowel Disease, IBD). Wir betreuen alle Bereiche des Vereins- und Kongress-Managements betreut und veranstalten den jährlichen Kongress mit mehr als 8.000 Teilnehmern, der jedes Jahr im Februar/März stattfindet und zu den größten medizinischen Kongressen in Europa zählt.Der folgende Kurzfilm (Link zum Video) zum 19. Dynamische und engagierte Mitarbeiter gesucht Congress Registration Project Manager mit Arbeitssprache Englisch und Deutsch Unsere Anforderungen: * Berufserfahrung in Registratur Management von Kongressen und größeren Meetings * Erfahrung in Datenbank Management * Exzellente IT Kenntnisse * Ausgezeichnete Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Zehnfingersatz am Computer (250 Zeichen und 50 Wörter pro Minute) * Projektmanagement-Erfahrung, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität * Exzellente Umgangsformen Ihr Aufgabengebiet: * Verwaltung der Kongress Registratur mit unserer Datenbank (über 8.000 Teilnehmer) * Administrierung der Mitgliederverwaltung * Korrespondenz mit unseren Kongressteilnehmern (Telefon und Email) * Zusammenarbeit mit IT Dienstleister * Planung und Durchführung der On-site Registratur auf dem jährlichen Kongress * Korrespondenz mit verschiedenen in- und ausländischen Dienstleistungsträgern * Rechnungslegung und Verbuchung aller Registraturzahlungen wie auch enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Buchhalter/Steuerberater * Liaison mit unserem Housing-Partner Was wir nicht bieten können: * Eine Routine-Position ohne Herausforderungen, die keinen Einsatz und kein Engagement benötigt.
