  • Service Coordinator - Disability Services

Supervisor - Child & Youth Services

As Supervisor, you'll take charge of a dedicated team, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive. You'll lead with integrity and compassion, ensuring personalised care plans meet the unique needs of each individual while upholding their rights and promoting cultural identity. Your collaborative efforts with case managers and stakeholders will strengthen connections, support transitions, and drive the delivery of high-quality services.

Supervisor Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor qualification in Social Work, Community Services or related field, or higher.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in child and youth services, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, cultural competence, and child protection principles.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures in the child welfare sector.
Service Coordinator – Disability Services

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating, planning, and executing workflow activities. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of day-to-day services and supports, creating quality person-centred outcomes while upholding service standards and guidelines. This role involves engaging with participants, families, and support networks to guarantee high-quality services consistently.

Service Coordinator Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Disability Studies, Human Services, or a related field, -or- extensive relevant experience is essential.
  • Maintaining all Industry and organisational related mandatory clearances and training requirements.
  • Proven experience in disability services, case management, or a related field.
  • Experience in developing and implementing individualised support plans.
