For our international headquarters in Vienna we are seeking a

GLOBAL HR SYSTEM AND PROJECT SUPPORT

You are passionate about people and love coffee?

In this role, you will become part of a dynamic team dedicated to driving the transformation towards data-driven business partnering. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our software and support us in delivering excellent HR services to all stakeholders. Your work will play a key role in enhancing efficiency and fostering innovation across the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL FOCUS ON:

SAP SuccessFactors Support (50%)

  1. Maintain and support SAP SuccessFactors, resolving technical issues and managing data accuracy.
  2. Perform data migrations, year-end processes, and system updates.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement business requirements and manage implementation partners.
  4. Evaluate SAP releases, oversee cost control, and generate ad hoc reports.
  5. Provide training and ensure system integrity through quality control and coordination with experts.

Global HR Support (50%)

  1. Support the recruitment processes, including coordinating and conducting initial interviews.
  2. Act as the primary contact for global training coordination, ensuring smooth planning and execution of training sessions.
  3. Taking the lead on smaller Global HR projects.
  4. Administrator and point of contact for the Group's Gallup account.
  5. Assist with intranet postings on MeinlConnect.
  6. Preparation and support for meetings, presentations, and onboarding processes.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  1. 2 years in an HR team or HR systems role.
  2. Ideally 1-2 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience (preferably EC and TM modules)
  3. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum requirement)
  4. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  5. Open-minded, communicative, and eager to learn.
  6. Hands-on approach with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  7. Solid communication skills: interpersonal, presentation, oral and written; fluent in English
