Danaher Corporation is expanding its HR organization within our Life Sciences and Diagnostics business. As a global leader in science and technology, we empower customers to overcome complex challenges and make a lasting impact on people's lives.

We operate a global network of 20 companies across three platforms: Life Sciences, Diagnostics, and Biotech. These businesses drive innovation in high-growth industries, transforming fields like diagnostics, life sciences, and environmental solutions through powerful tools and technologies.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in HR Business Partnering and HR Generalism, with passion for collaborating with people leaders and employees. This individual will thrive in an international setting, working closely with like-minded professionals who value the essential role HR plays in our organization.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team, either working onsite or remotely (dependent on the specific requirement and HR organization). To excel, you'll require:

  • A university degree or vocational training in HR Administration & Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a HR Generalist or 5 years as an HRBP in a matrix environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of German Labor and Social Law
  • Native fluency in both German and English

In this role, you'll contribute to accelerating the transformative power of science and technology, helping us shape a better future for our customers and communities.
