About the Job
This international role offers the opportunity to work with our global team, driving meaningful innovation in our Life Sciences and Diagnostics business. As an HR Business Partner/Generalist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting people leaders and employees in a matrix environment
- Developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve organizational performance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree or vocational training in HR Administration & Management
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or 5 years as an HRBP
- Solid knowledge of German Labor and Social Law
- Fluency in German and English
