About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our fast-paced, global environment. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing people strategies that support business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on assessing organizational needs, analyzing workforce data, and executing plans to improve effectiveness. You will work closely with functional leadership to drive business outcomes and ensure we have the right talent in place to achieve our goals.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive integrated strategic workforce plans.
  • Lead strategic talent management efforts to ensure a strong pipeline of key talent.
  • Drive change management processes, ensuring smooth organizational transitions.

To succeed in this role, you will need 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role. Strong business acumen and excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
