Ihre Aufgaben:

In Ihrer verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe als Techniker:in im Network Operation Center (NOC) sind Sie für den reibungslosen Betrieb der Komponenten verantwortlich, die zur Versorgung unserer Kund:innen im Netz der IKB dienen. Das stetig wachsende OT-Netzwerk erfordert zudem den vollen Einsatz im Ausbau der benötigten Komponenten und Server. Zu Ihren Kernaufgaben zählen:

  • Entwicklung, Planung, Test und Inbetriebnahme von Komponenten im Netzwerk
  • Installation, Betrieb und Wartung von Switches, Routern, Firewalls und Sensoren
  • Härtung, Sicherheitsüberprüfungen und Überwachung der Systeme
  • Mitarbeit im Security-Team, um Schwachstellen zu finden und diese zu behandeln
  • Erstellung und Pflege der Überwachungseinrichtungen sowie der Dokumentation
  • Unterstützung, Mitarbeit und Erfahrungsaustausch in Kundenprojekten
  • Überwachung und Betrieb der Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur für unsere Kund:innen
Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. HTL, Kolleg, Uni/FH)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Switches, Routern sowie Firewalls von Nutzen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich von Systemupdates, Monitoring und Inventoring (Serverinfrastruktur)
  • Begeisterung an der Lösung von komplexen Aufgabenstellungen
  • Verantwortungsvolle, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Team- und Serviceorientierung
  • Mitarbeit im Bereitschaftsteam
Wir bieten:
  • Monatsbruttogehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag für Arbeiter:innen und Angestellte der IKB ab EUR 3.900,- (38,5 Wochenstunden), Fachexpert:innen erhalten eine Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung
  • Attraktive und flexible Arbeitszeiten (Gleitzeitrahmen von 6:30 Uhr bis 20:00 Uhr, keine Kernzeiten) somit sehr gute Work-Life-Balance
  • Möglichkeit für Homeoffice und Mobiles Arbeiten bis zu 3 Tage in der Woche
  • Wochenende ab Freitagmittag
  • Ab dem 5. Jahr zwei beziehungsweise ab dem 12. Jahr im Betrieb fünf zusätzliche Freizeittage (Entlastungstage)
  • Arbeitsfreie Tage lt. KV am 24.12. sowie 31.12.
