Area Parts Supervisor (m/w/d) sind die Führungskräfte unserer Teile-Operationen. Sie agieren als Markenbotschafter, bieten außergewöhnliche Kundenerlebnisse, managen den täglichen Betrieb und entwickeln proaktiv Teammitglieder, um ihr volles Potenzial zu erreichen.

What You'll Do
  • KPI: Unterstütze unsere Parts Advisor dabei, KPIs zu erreichen, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Kundenzufriedenheit, Produktivität, Rentabilität und Kosteneinsparungen.
  • Performance: Überwache die Leistung kontinuierlich und sei verantwortlich für die Qualität innerhalb deines Teams, motiviere, führe und inspiriere das Team zu kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen und Effizienzsteigerungen. Unterstützung von anderen Standorten ist erforderlich.
  • Teamlead: Führe regelmäßige Einzelgespräche und Feedback-Sitzungen mit Teammitgliedern durch, biete konstruktives und klares Coaching und verfolge Entwicklungsschulungen und Personalangelegenheiten nach. Identifiziere Hindernisse, die den Arbeitsablauf stören, und stelle sicher, dass jeder die Werkzeuge und Schulungen hat, um seine Rolle erfolgreich auszuführen.
  • Standardisierung und Details: Stelle sicher, dass Teile-Standards und verfügbare Verfahren auf dem neuesten Stand sind und dass alle Arbeiten konform sind und Teiletransaktionen und Daten genau im System erfasst werden.
  • Eskalationen: Manage komplexe Eskalationen zusammen mit deinem Team und löse schwierige Gespräche souverän über alle Kommunikationskanäle hinweg.
  • Verantwortung: Sei verantwortlich für die vollständige Bestandsführung von der Annahme bis zur Erfüllung und Rechnungsstellung/Verbrauch. Arbeite eng mit dem Service-Manager zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass wir die Autos unserer Kunden effizient und nahtlos warten, dass Teile verfügbar sind und Eskalationsprozesse ordnungsgemäß befolgt werden.
  • Teamwork: Arbeite täglich mit internen Teams im Servicezentrum zusammen, einschließlich Service & Delivery und lokaler Senior-Management.
What You'll Bring
  • Erfahrung: Erfahrung als Lead Service oder Teileberater in einer kundenorientierten Branche ist bevorzugt sowie die nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, mit gutem Beispiel voranzugehen in Sachen Innovation und Effizienz und ein Team zu leiten / zu entwickeln.
  • Analytik und Problemlösung: Analytische Fähigkeit, wichtige Leistungsindikatoren zu verstehen und zu beeinflussen, sowie Initiative, Probleme zu beheben, wenn sie auftreten, aber auch zu verstehen, warum und wie sie entstanden sind.
  • Entwicklung: Interesse daran, dich selbst als Führungskraft weiterzuentwickeln und kontinuierlich zu wachsen, indem du aktiv lernst, dich selbst einschätzt und um Feedback bittest und Vertrauen aufbaust.
  • Flexibilität: Fähigkeit, sich schnell an neue Technologien und Systeme anzupassen.
  • Kommunikation: Fähigkeit, effektiv auf Englisch zu kommunizieren, zu lesen und zu schreiben; zusätzlich sind Deutschkenntnisse für diese Rolle erforderlich.
  • Mobilität: Du musst einen gültigen Führerschein (Klasse B) haben und die Fähigkeit, >=80% innerhalb der verantwortlichen Region zu reisen.
  • Berechtigung: Du hast die Berechtigung in Österreich zu leben und zu arbeiten.

Für diese Position bieten wir ein jährliches Bruttomindestgehalt von EUR 60.000 auf Basis des oben angeführten Anforderungsprofils bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung an. Entsprechende Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation werden zusätzlich berücksichtigt. Darüber hinaus bieten wir wahlweise das Tesla Aktienpaket oder unser Cash Award an.
