Interventional Radiology Accreditation Service GmbH, a dynamic start-up managing the operations of IASIOS - the International Accreditation System for Interventional Oncology Services, is pioneering in the rapidly growing field of minimally-invasive cancer treatment. As the world's only accreditation program dedicated to interventional oncology, our mission is to elevate the global standard and quality of care, foster progress, increase awareness of available treatments, and build an international community of interventional oncologists.

We operate under the umbrella of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE), a non-profit association with 10,000 physicians worldwide, dedicated to improving patient care through education, science, research, and clinical practice.

This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple departments, driving strategic decisions, improving operational efficiency, and delivering tailored insights for our global accreditation and benchmarking programs.

Accreditation Data Associate – Quality Assurance and Accreditation
1010 Vienna | full time | immediate start


Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Refine data processes and develop visualization tools (e.g., dashboards) for internal and external use.
  • Create a cost-benefit calculator and ROI assessment tools to support strategic decisions and client engagement.
  • Conduct data segmentation to tailor services to the needs of specific hospitals or regions.
  • Develop and track performance metrics to measure the success of IASIOS's programs.
  • Produce comprehensive, tailored reports for internal stakeholders and client facilities, highlighting actionable insights.

Benchmarking and Insights:

  • Create customized benchmarking reports and data-driven presentations for workshops and client engagements.
  • Use data insights to strengthen relationships with accredited hospitals, improve resource utilization, and boost client satisfaction.
  • Drive the development of IASIOS benchmarking initiatives by analyzing data trends and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide global comparisons of data trends across regions or countries to uncover opportunities for collaboration and innovation.

Educational Content and Community Building

  • Support workshops by providing data insights and preparing content for webinars and training sessions.
  • Analyze feedback and participation metrics to improve event planning and community engagement initiatives.

Cross-Departmental Support:

  • Collaborate with accreditation, marketing, client success, and business development teams to provide tailored data insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and marketing engagement to refine strategies and improve ROI.
    • Proven experience in data analytics and reporting, preferably in the healthcare or accreditation services sector.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and clarity in correspondence
    • Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or higher); other languages are a bonus
    • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously to complete tasks and within deadlines
    • Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy in work
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics or a related field.
    • Willingness to travel for congresses and industry events.

The minimum starting salary is €2,300 gross, with the option to negotiate based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
