What to expect:
A function with motivated and performance-driven teams who strive to contribute to Customer Markets International success in a very dynamic and ever-changing environment:

- Contribute to managing strategic initiatives within Business Development in close alignment with Chief Business Development Officer International
- Support constant improvement of cross-functional and cross-country collaboration model among UNIQA Group
- Contribute to preparation of documents and presentations for key meetings (e.g., Supervisory Board, & Customer Markets International-wide communications)
- Manage Business Development International budget incl. reporting and coordinate with different departments across Customer Markets International
- Lead organization of Business Development International offsites or team events
- Support Chief Business Development Officer International in day-to-day operations (e.g., stakeholder management, appointment coordination, travel management, invoice management)

What we expect:

- Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) ideally with a business focus
- 1 - 2 years of professional experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a must
- Experience in managing projects and processes
- Confident handling of digital tools and MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured way of working
- Flexible, team-oriented and responsible personality
- Excellent stakeholder management and oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in English, German is an advantage
