Senior and Executive Mobile Bankers

Are you a senior business development professional looking to put your skills to use and carve out a career in banking? We have exciting opportunities for Senior and Executive Relationship Bankers to join our passionate team, and we are looking for talented people who we can train in the world of banking.

In this role you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers' financial journeys. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve personal home lending goals and identify quality commercial leads for both existing and new customers. You will take personal accountability to provide a high level of customer service, managing complex needs while keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process, promoting and driving customer satisfaction and advocacy.

In this role, you will build and nurture your own relationships with clients, delivering most of your business through self-generated activity. You are expected to have established referral sources, utilising B2B contacts and other resources to generate business. Additionally, you will work closely with BOQ Specialist Relationship Executives to convert quality commercial opportunities.

You will have an opportunity to work with a team there to support you, including Lending Associates to help maximise performance and ensure the best customer experience is delivered.

About you

You are a dynamic professional with a strong background in business development and relationship building, eager to transition into the banking industry. Your proven track record in generating significant business through self-driven activities and established referral sources sets you apart. You excel in creating and nurturing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and advocacy.

Your ability to manage complex needs and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process is second to none. You are adept at identifying quality leads and achieving personal goals, all while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Your experience in mentoring and providing constructive feedback to team members will be invaluable.

You are excited about the opportunity to prospect for, attract, and win profitable customer relationships, focusing on SME trading businesses and the health segment. Your strong business acumen and relationship-building skills will be key in driving success in this role.
