Influencer Marketing Senior Account Executives

Hypetap (www.hypetap.com) is looking for motivated, passionate, and experienced Senior Account Executives to join the team in Melbourne. This is an opportunity for you to be a part of one of the highest growth sectors within marketing at Australia's leading influencer marketing agency.

Hypetap was the first technology-driven influencer agency in Australia, having expanded to the UK in 2023. We provide a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where you would be your clients' main point of contact on their influencer campaigns.

The role

You will be joining a highly supportive, knowledgeable team, assisting in building and nurturing healthy client relationships through the development and execution of influencer campaigns in Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.

You will be enabled by world-class in-house technology and supported by a best-in-class team in the influencer marketing category and will have the opportunity to help deliver creative campaigns backed by actionable data and insights.

Your clients will range from FMCG and retail all the way to government and financial institutions.

You will:

  1. Ideate and pitch influencer marketing campaign strategies with support from senior staff
  2. Develop responses to client briefs
  3. Facilitate campaign implementation and execution with support from junior staff (Account Coordinators and Executives)
  4. Ensure projects run on time and on budget
  5. Report on the success of allocated campaigns and programs largely autonomously
  6. Help support and train junior staff
  7. Identify new opportunities for growth across new and existing clients

You should have:

  1. A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or commerce related fields. Other degrees acceptable if relevant industry experience exists.
  2. 2+ years experience in an agency environment, Influencer Marketing, or related field.
  3. Proven experience in executing campaigns with a high level of autonomy.
  4. Knowledge of the influencer marketing discipline as well as a basic understanding of creative or media agency operations.
  5. Client service skills: committed to developing client service capabilities across all channels – written, phone, and face to face.
  6. Communication skills: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
  7. Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
  8. Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
  9. Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within given timeframes and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
  10. Exposure to Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. Stronger knowledge of paid social will be looked upon favourably but not essential.
  11. Confidence around data and numbers
  12. A high-performance mindset: Driving proactive problem-solving, leading to faster, more effective client solutions and meaningful results.
