We have a Full-Time opportunity with one of our favourite clients in Brisbane. Our client is a privately owned and operated brokerage with a small to medium sized team of successful brokers and staff. The Director is looking to employ a Full Time Claims Manager. The office has a great vibe, the team is very sociable complete with an office dog, regular gatherings and events, lots of flexibility. Our client has one of the more highly sought-after cultures with respect to team and flexibility.

The Role

Our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Claims Manager, they have a wide variety of clients, and large Commercial and Corporate clients. Somebody with a solid background or experience in ISR would be fantastic due to the complexity of some claims. All team members have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills under the direct guidance of Senior Management.

About the opportunity

We are seeking a Claims Manager to join the team. This is an integral role with a strong emphasis on high quality service and being responsive to our clients' needs.

Joining a supportive and friendly office, working closely with experienced Directors and their broking teams, you will be responsible for end-to-end claims management to ensure our clients receive the best possible outcome when making a claim.

About you

With sound experience in claims across multiple lines of General Insurance, you are known for your high attention to detail, responsive approach to taking action and supportive nature. You are friendly, and can be relied upon to produce high quality work every time. Also, you're good with systems and procedures, you will leave nothing to chance to ensure efficiency in your processes. Sincere and conscientious, you will be appreciated for your calm and composed nature when the pressure is on.

The Successful Candidate will have:

  • Minimum Tier 2 Qualification in General Insurance Broking (Tier 1 an advantage)
  • Minimum 5+ years general claims experience
