Job DescriptionÜber die Rolle:

In dieser spannenden Rolle sind Sie für die Bedienung von automatischen Reinigungsanlagen (CIP) und für die Herstellung der Pufferlösungen für die Fraktionierungsprozesse verantwortlich.

Das bewirken Sie:
  • Selbstständige Durchführung der Verfahrensschritte und Dokumentation gemäß gültigen GMP u. GDP-Vorschriften (Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Documentation Practice)
  • Bedienung von automatischen Reinigungsanlagen (CIP) und zeitgerechte chemische Reinigung von Taks und Leitungen
  • Überprüfung der korrekten Abläufe der CIP-Vorgänge
  • Ansetzen diverser Puffer-, Wasch- und Eluationslösungen
  • Berechnung der Chemikalien-, Wasser- und Alkoholmengen für Pufferlösungen
  • Durchführung und Kontrolle von Wiegevorgängen
  • Entnahme und Dosierung von Wasser, Alkohol, Säure und Lauge mit Hilfe von Prozessleitsystem
  • Ermitteln des pH-Wertes und Leitfähigkeitswertes der hergestellten Puffer
  • Erfassen/Buchen der hergestellten Puffer sowie aller Verbräuche in JDE
Dafür bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene höhere chemisch-technische Ausbildung (Chemotechniker, HTL-Chemie o.Ä)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Verständnis für das Arbeiten nach Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (EHS -Environment, Health and Safety) und GMP
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Teamorientierung, Genauigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Zeitliche Flexibilität: Arbeitszeit Mo-So in einem attraktiven Schichtmodell inklusive Nachtschicht
