Playing a crucial partin ensuring smooth IT operations across the EMEA region, you willcollaborate with dynamic internal teams and external partners todrive seamless communication and deliver solutions with precisionand speed, making a real impact on the success of our ITecosystem.What You’ll DoTicket Management: Receive, manage, andresolve IT-related tickets through ServiceNow, ensuring efficientresolution within defined SLAs.First-Line Support: Provide initialtroubleshooting, identify issues, and resolve IT problems forapplications, endpoints, and network-relatedconcerns.Collaboration: Work closely with second-line supportengineers and external vendors (e.g., DELL, Canon, A1) to escalatecomplex issues and ensure resolution.Application and EndpointSupport: Offer support for business-critical applications andendpoint devices, ensuring they are operating optimally and arealigned with internal best practices.Communication: Collaboratewith both internal and external stakeholders, coordinatingsolutions for various IT challenges.Knowledge Sharing: Contributeto improving the support environment by maintaining a knowledgebase, sharing best practices, and collaborating with the global ITteam within ASSA ABLOY Group IT.Continuous Improvement: Work toimprove overall support processes and share suggestions forenhancing the user experience, increasing the efficiency of ITservices.Your profileCompleted education in Business Informatics ora similar technical field.At least 3 years of experience in ITsupport or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft 365applications, MS Azure, and experience with ServiceNow or similarticketing systems.Basic understanding of networking, (DHCP, TCP-IPKnowledge, VPN) hardware, and endpoint management on Windows andMacOS.Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for communication andcollaboration.Strong problem-solving abilities with a systematicapproach to troubleshooting IT issues.Good communication andcollaboration skills to work effectively with internal and externalteams.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in afast-paced environment.An affinity for business processes, andexperience working with business applications and supporttools.Proactive, with a hands-on attitude towardproblem-solving.Customer-oriented and solution-focused, alwaysaiming for efficient service.Fluent in English (written andspoken); German is a plus but not essential.Up to 10% travel tosupport projects and client needs.Your futureFlexible Hybrid WorkModel: Achieve a better work-life balance with our adaptablehybrid working options. Meal Allowance: Benefit from adigital meal designed to suit your preferences. Job BikeLeasing Program: Participate in our bike leasing program topromote a healthier and more active lifestyle. TransportSubsidy: Receive financial support for your Job Ticket to helpwith your daily travel costs. Extra Vacation Days: Takeadvantage of an optional additional week of vacation torecharge. Support Sustainability: Access electric vehiclecharging stations in our parking area to support eco-friendlycommuting. Global Collaboration: Work alongside aninternational team of specialists, sharing knowledge and insightsfrom diverse backgrounds. Professional GrowthOpportunities: Discover excellent chances for careerdevelopment and skill enhancement.
