That’s why we’re aleader in next-generation cybersecurity.Enterprise Account Manager- AustriaThe RoleWe are seeking a proactive, creative, andtenacious Senior Enterprise Account Manager to drive new cybersecurity business across multiple vertical markets in Austria. Thisrole will demand interaction with large scale enterprises at the‘C’ level, as well as with technical staff within the security andIT organisation.You will manage a portfolio of named accounts,encompassing a mix of white-space and existing customers. Sellingthe full Proofpoint Platform, while leveraging all internalresources and our ecosystem of partners to enable continued growthof your account portfolio. In this role you will be able to expandthe Proofpoint footprint, ensuring your customers are effectivelyprotected from advanced threats and targeted attacks by our awardwinning technology.Your day-to-dayEstablish strong businessrelationships at the executive level within Enterprise accountsabove 2,500 users (cross-vertical focus)Focus on both penetratingnew accounts as well as expanding our presence with existingcustomers by introducing them to all our security, compliance andinformation protection platform. Articulate and promote thecompany’s value proposition and services to become a trustedadvisor within your customer baseWork with internal resources,including aligned System Engineers to prepare account strategiesand plans.Collaborate with Systems Engineers to organise anddeliver compelling and flawless product demonstrationsPartner withthe channel ecosystem to gain access into new accountsDeliveroperational excellence, to include forecast accuracy and pipelinegeneration progressionMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Proofpoint’scompetitive positioning in the marketplaceWhat you bring to theteamExperienced technology sales professional, with a particularfocus on SaaS value-based technologies. Experience within CyberSecurity is an advantage.Proven track record of over-achievingtargets, net new logo achievements and capacity to leverage channelpartnershipsRelentless attention to detail and never-give-upattitude with a high level of activity, i.e., customer and partnermeetings emphasizing executive value selling (CISO, CIO, CMO,etc.)Ability to establish business relationships at the executivelevel, and ability to become a trusted client advisorExperience ofclosing complex high value business opportunitiesProficient user offormal sales playbook methodologies e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, TAS,Command of the Message.Growth mindset, willingness to be coached,and diligence to follow a proven sales processEntrepreneurialself-starter with a consistent focus on account planning, pipelinegeneration and opportunity progression.
