Your Responsibilities

As the Mergers and Acquisitions Manager at Casellia, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the entire M&A process—from identifying potential acquisition targets to closing successful deals. Working closely with our management, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting comprehensive market analyses to identify and assess suitable acquisition targets in line with our investment strategy.
  2. Independently reaching out to and building relationships with potential acquisition targets.
  3. Leading and coordinating due diligence processes, analysing financial metrics, and performing company valuations.
  4. Developing detailed financial models and scenario analyses, with strong MS Excel skills.
  5. Collaborating closely with internal and external advisors to negotiate and structure transactions.
  6. Presenting analytical findings and strategic recommendations for investment decisions.

Your Profile

  1. Successfully completed degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&A, ideally gained at a consulting firm or family office.
  3. Strong knowledge in company valuation and financial analysis, as well as excellent MS Excel skills.
  4. Fluent in both German and English.
  5. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with a structured and goal-oriented work approach.
  6. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently manage contacts and drive acquisitions forward.
