Your Responsibilities
As the Mergers and Acquisitions Manager at Casellia, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the entire M&A process—from identifying potential acquisition targets to closing successful deals. Working closely with our management, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive market analyses to identify and assess suitable acquisition targets in line with our investment strategy.
- Independently reaching out to and building relationships with potential acquisition targets.
- Leading and coordinating due diligence processes, analysing financial metrics, and performing company valuations.
- Developing detailed financial models and scenario analyses, with strong MS Excel skills.
- Collaborating closely with internal and external advisors to negotiate and structure transactions.
- Presenting analytical findings and strategic recommendations for investment decisions.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&A, ideally gained at a consulting firm or family office.
- Strong knowledge in company valuation and financial analysis, as well as excellent MS Excel skills.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with a structured and goal-oriented work approach.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently manage contacts and drive acquisitions forward.
