Was Dich erwartet
  • Immobiliensuche für neue Storebox Standorte: Du recherchierst neue Kanäle zur Suche von Gewerbeimmobilien, bewertest potenzielle Standorte und bereitest deine Ergebnisse übersichtlich auf. Dabei setzt du kreative Ideen ein, um die Akquise zu verbessern und unsere Expansion weiter voranzutreiben.
  • Zuständig für den gesamten Mietprozess: Du bist von der Standortsuche über die Bewertung bis hin zum Abschluss des Mietvertrags für den vollwertigen Anmietungsprozess zuständig. Du kümmerst dich um eingehende Anfragen, suchst aktiv nach neuen Storebox-Standorten und führst Verhandlungen mit Makler:innen, Eigentümer:innen und Hausverwaltungen.
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Immobilien-Businessplänen: Du erstellst und prüfst Businesspläne für Immobilien, analysierst die Konkurrenz und bewertest, wie gut Standorte zu uns passen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern: Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen internen Teams zusammen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Businesspläne optimal umgesetzt werden und die Expansion erfolgreich und nachhaltig verläuft.
  • CRM-Management und Qualitätssicherung: Du pflegst unser CRM-System (Salesforce), sorgst für aktuelle und vollständige Daten und stellst sicher, dass unsere Expansions-Unterlagen vollständig und von hoher Qualität sind.

  • Dein Background: Du hast eine wirtschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (FH, Universität, HAK) mit Schwerpunkt Immobilienmanagement, immobilienwirtschaft oder BWL oder bist im Prozess eine Ausbildung zu absolvieren. Du hast auch schon erste Berufserfahrung in Bereichen wie Key-Account-Management, Customer Success oder Business-Betreuung gesammelt.
  • Du bist kommunikativ und hast Spaß daran, Menschen am Telefon zu überzeugen.
  • Verhandlungen machen dir Freude, und du überzeugst mit selbstbewusstem Handeln.
  • Interesse am Immobilienmanagement: Du bist neugierig auf Trends und möchtest die spannende Welt der Immobilien-Expansion entdecken.
  • Strukturiert und zielorientiert: Du überzeugst mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und arbeitest gerne eigenständig, ohne das Ziel aus den Augen zu verlieren.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und bringst sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

Das Bruttojahresgehalt beträgt mind. 40.000,- Euro. Deine tatsächliche Bezahlung ist selbstverständlich abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung und wird mit dir persönlich besprochen.
