Your Role * You are responsible for providing market, customer, and competitor intelligence, which informs strategy development and drives an external awareness throughout the organisation * You conduct global, regional and segment-based market studies to identify trends and growth opportunities * You are responsible for monitoring regulatory changes, and supporting relevant teams with understanding and subsequent actions * You have the opportunity to present on key topics on a monthly basis to our global commercial team * You work with senior business leaders across innovation, sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive market insights located in more than 10 different countries * You drive in-depth customer understanding through the creation of detailed customer profiles and support sales growth through lead generation activities * You have a pivotal role in the innovation team's launch of new products, technologies and materials though market research which enables the creation of business cases Your Profile * You possess a degree in Business, Marketing or Strategy a Master's in Business is desirable * You gained around 5 years of professional experience in market research, experience in the secondary packaging or healthcare industry is beneficial * You have strong communication, presentation and networking skills paired with a team-oriented attitude and global, multi- and intercultural understanding * You exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and distill complex information * You are able to build rapport and engage with stakeholders cross-functionally and at multiple levels * You are proficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams * You communicate fluently in written and spoken English (at least C1 level), other foreign languages are an advantage Our Offer Join our dedicated team of passionate colleagues who like to get things done We offer you a workplace in a stable, international company with long-term growth path.
