Nional Business Development Manager

Our client is a recognised global leader in the flooring industry, known for delivering high-quality, sustainable, and innovative flooring solutions. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and sustainability, we continue to lead the market by providing exceptional products for a wide range of industries. We are now looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help drive growth and expand our presence in key markets, including architects, designers and contractors.
In this role, you will:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial, residential, and institutional markets, focusing on architects, designers, and flooring contractors.
- Build relationships with decision-makers in the government and educational sectors, ensuring our products are specified for key public sector projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver flooring solutions that meet client needs, from specification to installation and beyond.
- Stay up to date on trends in sustainability and the public sector procurement process to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
What we're looking for:
- Proven business development experience, with a focus on architects, designers, and contractors.
- Knowledge of the government and educational sectors, including understanding procurement processes and project requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic mindset, capable of tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- A collaborative approach to working with both internal teams and external clients.
