  • Tuesday to Saturday regular days of work
  • $75,000 per annum starting salary plus 11.5% superannuation

About the Applicant and the Position:

We're looking for an experienced Hospitality team member with 2-3 years experience in food service, preferably with some supervisory skills, that's ready to join our stable team in a full time, salaried position.

You'll have prior experience in a table service environment with a love of quality food & beverage and get a sense of satisfaction from providing an enjoyable dining experience to our customers. Leading the food service team and training the service skills of the team to continue to deliver our current excellent standards will be part of your day to day. The successful candidate will also be involved in taking enquiries for, setting and executing small and large functions – that includes weddings, engagements, birthdays, corporate events and everything in between.

About the Company:

The Royal has recently completed a stunning whole of Hotel renovation including stunning new indoor / outdoor casual drinking and dining areas, new table service restaurant, new function room as well as all new renovated sports bar, bottleshop, gaming room and state of the art kitchen.
