About the Role

As the Facilities Contract Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality service outcomes. This role encompasses managing operational performance and stakeholder relationships to foster a culture of excellence. You will also play a key role in safety management and compliance across this multi-site portfolio.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the Contract Management Plan and operational strategies.
  • Monitoring budgets, service levels, and performance to achieve KPI targets.
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing team, ensuring skill development and succession planning.
  • Driving compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, it is essential to have:

  • A degree or trade qualification preferable with 5+ years of experience in facilities or contract management.
  • Proven success in managing multi-site Facilities Management portfolios.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire team performance.
  • Exceptional customer focus with strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience in project planning, safety management, and compliance systems.
