Gehalt:

Teilzeit (20h/Woche): Ab € 1.200 Brutto/Monat (Selbsterhalterstipendium möglich)

Vollzeit (38,5h/Woche): Ab € 37.500 Brutto/Jahr

Deine Rolle:

Als Customer Support Agent bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen und unterstützt unser Team bei alltäglichen Aufgaben. Ob per E-Mail oder Telefon – du hilfst dabei, Fragen zu beantworten und Lösungen zu finden. Diese Rolle ist ideal für Quereinsteiger:innen oder Menschen mit Assistenz-Erfahrung, die sich weiterentwickeln möchten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  1. Kundenbetreuung: Beantwortung von Anfragen per E-Mail und Telefon – schnell, professionell und lösungsorientiert
  2. Team-Support: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Account Manager:innen zur Optimierung von Prozessen
  3. Mitgestaltung & Verbesserung: Einbringen neuer Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer internen Abläufe
  4. Onboarding-Support: Unterstützung unserer Key Account Manager:innen beim Onboarding neuer Objekte und Kund:innen
  5. Assistenz der Account Manager:innen: Unterstützung bei allen Aufgaben rund um Buchungen für die betreuten Eigentümer

Das bringst du mit:

  1. Kommunikationstalent: Du kannst freundlich und klar mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen kommunizieren
  2. Neugier & Offenheit: Du bist lernbereit und arbeitest dich gerne in neue Software und Prozesse ein
  3. IT-Affinität: Digitale Tools sind für dich kein Problem
  4. Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich

Quereinsteiger willkommen Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in der Vermietungsbranche ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
