Worauf es in diesem Job ankommt
  • Du abeitest an der Konzeptionierung und Weiterentwicklung des Compliance-Management-Systems und interner Regelwerke der bank99 mit
  • Du überwachst die Einhaltung von aufsichtsrechtlichen Vorschriften (WAG2018, MiFID, MiFIR, MAR) und Konzernvorgaben
  • Du unterstützt bei sämtlichen ESG-Themen und Projekten (ESG-Richtlinien, ESG-Schulungen, Social Compliance Richtlinien)
  • Du berätst die Fachabteilungen bei Fragen zu Compliance-Themen, insbesondes Business und Wertpapier Compliance
  • Du führst Kontrollhandlungen zu den von der Compliance-Funktion verantworteten Inhalten durch und bewertest die Angemessenheit und Wirksamkeit der eingeführten Maßnahmen
Worauf es uns ankommt
  • erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich WAG und Business Compliance eines Finanzdienstleisters
  • Abgeschlossenes oder fortgeschrittenes relevantes Studium (Recht, Wirtschaft& Recht und/oder Betriebswirtschaft) von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse der Wertpapierrechts (WAG 2018, MiFID)
  • Compliance Zertifizierung von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für das Thema Nachhaltigkeit
  • ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • hoher Grad an Engagement, analytisches Denken und Lernbereitschaft
     

Bezahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation, jedoch mindestens EUR 75.000 (Bruttojahrsgehalt all-in auf Vollzeitbasis laut Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte der Banken und Bankiers - Stand 04/2024).
