Mission :

Assurer la responsabilité technique de la ligne produits afin de satisfaire en permanence aux besoins du marché en tenant compte des exigences économiques, industrielles et normatives

Responsabilités :

  • Assurer la conception, l'industrialisation et l'homologation des produits dans le cadre de projets en respectant le cahier des charges, les normes et les directives en vigueur
  • Animer, organiser et coordonner les projets de développement
  • Gérer les ressources humaines et développer les compétences individuelles des collaborateurs de la ligne produits
  • Calculer les budgets et retours sur investissements. Procéder au suivi des coûts et des heures de travail associés
  • Définir, adapter et améliorer le processus de production pour la réalisation optimale du produit
  • Assurer la conception et la réalisation des outillages et équipements nécessaires à la fabrication, au montage et au service après-vente des produits
  • Assurer la mise au point des prototypes et collaborer étroitement avec le laboratoire de tests lors de la validation
  • Assurer l'intégration de la documentation technique dans le système de documentation
  • Assurer l'amélioration continue et les modifications des produits et procédés existants de la famille de produits concernée
  • Résoudre des problèmes techniques liés à la production, aux réclamations techniques et au contrôle qualité
  • Garantir le savoir-faire et la cohérence technique dans les développements et les gammes produits
  • Veiller, saisir et transférer les nouvelles technologies dans les projets de développement
  • Collaborer à l'exécution, la mise en place et la surveillance de l'application du Système Qualité & Sécurité au sein du département
  • Participer aux audits

Compétences :

  • Diplôme d'Ingénieur HES, EPF, Technicien ES ou toute autre formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée de minimum 3 ans dans un poste similaire
  • Formation en gestion de projets
  • Capacité à gérer et à mener des équipes multidisciplinaires
  • Maîtrise de la gestion de projets, y compris le suivi des délais et du budget
  • Expertise en micromécanique et en éléments de machines
  • Compétence dans l'utilisation des outils de conception, des programmes PLM et ERP
  • Expertise dans la mise en place des actions d'amélioration continue et d'optimisation
  • Leadership naturel, aisance dans les contacts humains et dans la communication à l'interne et à l'externe
  • Pragmatique et doté d'une très bonne capacité organisationnelle
  • Rigoureux et autonome, avec un fort esprit d'équipe
  • Curiosité naturelle avec un esprit de synthèse et force de proposition
  • Connaissances de l'anglais technique, tout autre langue est un atout
