Stellenbeschreibung
  1. Teamführung: Leitung und Motivation eines Teams von Softwareentwickler:innen, einschließlich Planung und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Teammeetings
  2. Mentoring: Förderung der beruflichen Entwicklung der Teammitglieder durch Mentoring und Unterstützung bei ihrer Weiterbildung
  3. Agile Methoden: Implementierung und Förderung agiler Entwicklungsmethoden, um die Effizienz und Qualität der Softwareentwicklung zu steigern. Erarbeitung und Kommunikation einer Vision der Komponente
  4. Code-Reviews: Überprüfung des Codes auf Qualität und Einhaltung der Best Practices, sowie Anbieten von konstruktivem Feedback
  5. Tickets und Prioritäten: Verwaltung von Aufgaben und Prioritäten in einem Issue-Tracking-System (z. B. Jira) zur Gewährleistung einer termingerechten Lieferung von Features und Bugfixes. Bereitstellung eines strukturierten Backlogs für das Entwicklungsteam und Unterstützung der Business Analysts und Requirement Engineers bei der Erstellung von neuen Tickets, Release-Planung
  6. Koordination: Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, einschließlich Produktmanagement und QA, um sicherzustellen, dass Anforderungen erfüllt werden. Single Point Of Contact für neue Business Requirements
Qualifikationen
  1. Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Softwareentwicklung oder eines verwandten Fachgebiets
  2. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
  3. Fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Programmiersprachen und -technologien (z. B. Java, C#, Python, JavaScript)
  4. Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit agilen Methoden (z. B. Scrum oder Kanban)
  5. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, idealerweise bereits Erfahrung als Product Owner
  6. Erfahrung bei der Erstellung von Business Requirements und User Stories
  7. Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu analysieren und innovative Lösungen zu finden
  8. Kenntnisse in Software-Architektur und -Design-Patterns sind von Vorteil
  9. Englisch und Deutsch beherrschst Du in Wort und Schrift verhandlungssicher
