Stellenbeschreibung

In Ihrer Rolle als Logistics Manager mit Schwerpunkt Inventory Management sind Sie maßgeblich für die Bestandssteuerung innerhalb unseres Versorgungsnetzwerkes verantwortlich. Dadurch stellen Sie einen definierten Kundenlieferservicegrad sicher und berücksichtigen gleichermaßen Working Capital Ziele. Folgene Aufgaben zählen unter anderem zu Ihrem daily business:

- Sie definieren Bestandsparameter und Dispositionsstrategien für unser Zentrallager und zwei Distributionszentren in Österreich und Deutschland
- Sie steuern im Rahmen eines aktiven Bestandsmanagements für das gesamte Versorgungsnetzwerk Überbestände aus und wirken gezielt Out-of-Stock Situationen entgegen
- Sie unterstützen die Weiterentwicklung unserer Bestands-KPIs
- Sie sind Stakeholder im Doka Product Portfolio Management und steuern die logistischen Aspekte der Produkteinführung und des Phase Outs
- Darüber hinaus bringen Sie sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Logistikprozesse und unserem Supply Chain Planungstool ein

Qualifikationen
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung und idealerweise Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Operations / Logistik / Supply Chain Management (z.B. Uni / FH oder HAK mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung)
- IT-Affinität (Prozess
- und Datenmodellierung, Anforderungsformulierung)
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil)
- Pro-aktive und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Eigenverantwortung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Teamplayer mit hoher Kunden-/Serviceorientierung
- selbständige, systematische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

**Für diese Position wird ein marktkonformes Gehalt geboten, welches sich an der konkreten Qualifikation und der adäquaten Berufserfahrung orientiert.**

Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet ein Mindestgehalt anzugeben. Das jährliche Bruttomindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag (holzverarbeitende Industrie) EUR 42.933,10. Ihr Ansprechpartner für diese Position ist Stephan Kashofer, HR Business Partner.
