Head of M&A (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben als Head of M&A (m/w/d)

Als Head of M&A (m/w/d) leiten Sie eigenständig internationale M&A-Transaktionen und haben die Verantwortung über den ganzen Transaktionsprozess. Sie identifizieren potenzielle Zielunternehmen und begleiten den Prozess bis zum Abschluss und die Post Mergers Integration. Sie bewerten Unternehmen und führen die Due Diligence-Prozesse für potenzielle Akquisitionen und erstellen Finanzmodelle. Als Head of M&A (m/w/d) führen und leiten Sie das M&A-Team und entwickeln diesen weiter. Sie arbeiten eng mit internen und externen Steakholdern zusammen und übernehmen die Kommunikation mit Rechtsberatern, Finanzinstitute und Wirtschaftsprüfern.

Das wird von Ihnen erwartet

* Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in Finance und Controlling

* Mindestens 10 Jahre mit einschlägige Transaktionserfahrung

* Big-4, Corporate Finance, oder Investment Banking Background wünschenswert

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Unternehmensbewertung, Financial Modelling und Accounting
