Was Sie erwartet:

  • Cintana-ASUCFPU liaison:
  • Ensuring coordinated and effective work in teams across all three organizations at the board and executive team levels, this includes activities such as organizing and participating in the steering committees that oversee the partnership
  • Responsible for coordinating the implementation of key strategic initiatives identified in the strategic plan, including leveraging ASU content, curriculum and brand to support the design of CFPU programs and overall growth of CFPU
  • Review and refresh CFPU's strategic plan on an annual basis to reflect the latest operating environment and internal development, this includes maintaining forecasts and financial projections of CFPU
  • Key point of contact with CRFEG central services teams (e.g. Marketing & Comms, Sales & Distribution, International Office, etc), facilitating coordination with the local team in Vienna
  • Support other projects as necessary to drive growth of CFPU
  • Head of Strategic Initiatives, CFPU:
  • Develop and implement the strategy and operating plan for CFPU Executive Education (including short courses and certificates, multi-day seminars, and other formats TBD)
  • Develop relationships with industry (e.g. RespACT Austria, Senat der Wirtschaft etc.), government, NGOs and other external stakeholders to inform this strategy and build the B2B brand for CFPU
  • Implement a gotomarket and business development strategy to secure strategic accounts, leads and students in accordance with the CFPU JSP goals for short courses and executive education
  • While B2B/Exec Ed will be the initial focus, additional projects and responsibilities may evolve depending on the needs of CFPU
  • CFPU Lecturer:
  • Teach a minimum of 1 and maximum of 2 courses per year at CFPU

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Degree in any field. Masters or higherlevel qualification will be a plus point
  • At least 8 years of experience in consulting or a commercial / management position, preferably in Austria / Vienna, with a focus on marketing and sales in consumer services. Experience in Education will be a plus point
  • Highly proficient in English and German
  • Strong in strategy, project management, people management and financials
  • Has international exposure and comfortable working with international team members
