You Will Be Part of Growing Team

POSITION PURPOSE

  • Provide an overall summary of the work done by this position (Why does the position exist and what is the overall end result?)
  • Responsible for updating SAP and Master File for Slovenia activities in communication with SPSC Team and subcontractor Interkorn in Slovenia. Help QS department with updating SAP transactions and creating reports based on instructions. Technically complete Plant Process orders for commercial and trial seed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • List the titles of positions that report directly to this position. Indicate which positions are parttime.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsibility
  • Create daily Sourcing Plan snapshots for AUT, GER & SLO.
  • Carry over handling: create & print ISL's, SLOC movements, batch classification updates, block/unblock batches based on instructions
  • Inventory health: block/release batches, SLOC movements, batch classification updates, nonconforming list update based on instructions
  • Technically complete Plant Process orders in SAP based on finished lot paper in communication with shift leaders incl. update of several planning tools and send finished report to defined IO team.
  • Update Seed Reservation in SAP + planning tools on a batch level based on technical complete information of specific Process Orders for commercial, trial seed and subcontractor activities.
  • Slovenia & Germany activities:
  • Help Scheduling coordinator with updating and maintaining Master Files (Process Orders, Seed Reservation, quality results, inventory,). Assist updating SAP (Plant Process Orders, TECOs, Seed Reservation, release/block batches, discard, carry over handling,...) based on instructions from Scheduling Coordinator.

  • Contact Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator in case of discrepancies between inventory and lotpaper information.
