We are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant in our Office Management team to join us on this exciting journey

Tasks

As our Food & Beverage Assistant at Prewave, you will

  • Assist with the preparation of food and beverages for staff and sometimes also for meetings with our external partners (organise catering)
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, dining areas and storage
  • Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and stored
  • Replenishing snacks and drinks in the office kitchen as needed, and keep an eye on the inventory, including the regular orders and catering needs for special events
  • Providing excellent customer service to all visitors and team members

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a food service or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Must be able to work a maximum of 10 hours per week. The ideal working schedule would be 2 hours each morning during the workdays
