Das Vienna Marriott steht nie still, wir sind nicht umsonst das lebendigste Wohnzimmer Wiens. Bei uns gibt es unzählige spannende Events, viel Tanz & Musik, die erste Sportbar Wiens, eine legendäre Brunchkultur, Superbowl Partys, und kulinarische Abwechslung in vier unterschiedlichen Restaurants. Unser F&B Team ist das größte Team im Haus und arbeitet sehr eng und kollegial zusammen. Wir schaffen es immer wieder unsere Gäste in den verschiedenen Outlets und bei verschiedensten Events zu verzaubern. In stressigen Zeiten halten wir zusammen und unterstützen uns gegenseitig.

**Für die Leitung unserer F&B Abteilungen suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Director of Food and Beverage (w/m/d)**

**Was sind Ihre Aufgaben?**
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner*in für die Abteilungsleiter*innen unserer F&B Abteilungen (Parkring Restaurant, Garten Café, Cascade Bar, Champions Bar, Bankett, Küche, Stewarding, Room Service, Minibar, Purchasing, Event Management, Executive Lounge, Outside Caterings).
- Sie entwickeln und verwaltenen Gastro-Konzepte und beachten dabei stehts Trends am Wiener Markt sowie darüber hinaus.

**Was zeichnet Sie aus?**

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel
- und Gastgewerbe und mehrjähirge operative Erfahrung als Führungskraft. Die Erstellung und Einhaltung von Budgets sowie KPI's im Bereich F&B sind Ihnen geläufig. Sie bringen ein verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch als Grundvoraussetzung für die Position mit.
