**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du disponierst Subunternehmer im nationalen und internationalen Einsatz.
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Transportdienstleister.
- Du erfüllst die Kundenanforderungen in zeitlicher und qualitativer Hinsicht.
- Du erledigst die Auftragserfassung und -vergabe sowie Fachdokumentation.
- Du meisterst alle administrativen Aufgaben im Transportbereich.
- Du bearbeitest Reklamationen und überwachst Transportabläufe.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bist ein Logistik-Talent.
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Berufserfahrung in der Speditionsbranche.
- Du hast gute Kommunikations-Skills und Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt.
- Du bist für dein sicheres Auftreten und dein Gesprächs
- und Verhandlungsgeschick bekannt.
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch, optimalerweise eine weitere Fremdsprache.
