**Unternehmensbeschreibung**:
**Aufgrund des sich stetig verändernden und wachsenden Produktportfolios suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Operations Teams von Red Bull Österreich (Vertriebstochter) eine/n Supply and Demand Planner.**

Nach einer umfangreichen Onboarding-Phase bist du in dieser Position verantwortlich für die Verfügbarkeit verschiedener Red Bull Fertigwarenprodukte im Kernmarkt Österreich und dienst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Finance und Operations. Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben zählen neben dem Erstellen eines realistischen Bedarfsplans (Demand Plan) und der Überwachung von Beständen, auch die Produktionsplanung, inklusive Beschaffungsplanung (Supply Plan) aller in Österreich erhältlichen Fertigwarenprodukte. Außerdem unterstützt du die Betreuung der externen Stakeholder (Produzenten, Transportpartner etc.), sowie den gesamten Produktionsablauf unseres lokalen Displaybaus.

**Demand Planning**

Deine Hauptaufgabe ist das Koordinieren und Erstellen der Bedarfsplanung für alle Fertigwarenprodukte am österreichischen Markt. Dabei ist eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sales Team erforderlich.

Du hast regelmäßige Abstimmungstermine mit unseren Key Account Managern und überwachst diverse Planungs-KPIs.

In deiner operativen Arbeit bist du im täglichen Austausch mit unserem Customer Service und Logistik Team, um Produktionen "just in time" für Kundenauslieferungen zu planen oder kurzfristig anzupassen.

**Supply Planning**

Auf Basis der Bedarfsplanung fertigst du einen kurz-, sowie langfristigen Beschaffungsplan an, mit dem Ziel, zu jeder Zeit eine hundertprozentige Warenverfügbarkeit in all unseren Lagern zu gewährleisten.

Anhand globaler Firmenrichtlinien wird ein exakter Produktionsplan erstellt, hierbei arbeitest du mit modernsten Tools, wie SAP IBP, APO usw.

Im Rahmen unseres globalen Sales & Operations Prozesses unterstützt du die Anfertigung und Aktualisierung eines 2-3 Jahres Bedarfs
- und Beschaffungsplans

Du überprüfst und überarbeitest kontinuierlich Safety Stocks.

Zudem überwachst du zusammen mit dem Logistik Team alle Lieferungen für die Nachbestückung unserer Lager in Österreich.

**T**ä**gliches Bestandsmanagement**

Am österreichischen Markt haben wir mehrere Lager im Einsatz. Die Koordination eines dieser Lager liegt zu 100% in deiner Verantwortung. Für weitere Standorte fungierst du als Stand-In.

In diesem Bereich geht es hauptsächlich darum, "Out of Stock" Situationen zu erkennen und entsprechend frühzeitig zu reagieren. Du garantierst, dass unser gesamtes Produktportfolio zu jeder Zeit verfügbar und lieferfähig ist.

Des Weiteren bist du für das Bestandsmanagement zuständig. Dies beinhaltet die Überwachung der Einhaltung von finanziellen Restriktionen (z.B. Lagerkosten) und Kundenrestriktionen (z.B. Mindestrestlaufzeiten). Zudem monitorst du aktiv Bestandsspezifische KPIs.

**Lokaler Displaybau**

Ein ständig wechselndes und wachsendes Produktportfolio ist in unserem Team eines der zentralen Themen.

Hierbei erstellen wir, gemeinsam mit unserem Trade Marketing, marktspezifische Displays, um weitere Konsumenten zu gewinnen.

Innerhalb deines Aufgabenbereichs bist du Verantwortlich für die Erstellung der Display-Produktionspläne, sowie des Monitorings dieses Planes, gemeinsam mit unserem lokalen Displaybaupartner.

Dazu benötigt es einen frühzeitigen Plan, um alle notwendigen Materialien für den Bau vorrätig zu haben. Zusätzlich braucht es eine gute Balance zwischen Auslastung der Produktionskapazitäten und Auslastung des Lagers.

**Qualifikationen**:
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Supply Chain oder Logistik; oder Matura/LAP mit fachspezifischer Zusatzausbildung und Berufserfahrung

Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Demand & Supply Planning, Produktionsplanung oder im Bereich Logistik/Supply Chain, bevorzugt im FMCG Bereich

SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil (SAP/R3, APO, SAP TM, SAP IBP)

Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse

Fließende Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Ausgeprägte Analysekompetenz mit Affinität zu Zahlen

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.029 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
