ERP Sales / Product Structure Support, full or part time (f/m/x):***
What's it all about?
- You are a member of a team that is responsible for driving the strategic development of our ERP system
- You are responsible for the further development of the relevant business processes as well as the coordination of the ERP relevant topics in sales
- You will be responsible for the technical and organizational implementation of the process and system solution
- You take over the coordination and support of the incident and service management (user requests, problem cases etc.)
- You take care of the 2nd level support
- You will conduct training for our 1st level support staff
- You supervise the recurring automated and manual system tests for the running
- You take care of the ongoing documentation of the process
What are we looking for?
- You have successfully completed your commercial education
- Ideally, you already have experience in sales and data management
- You are experienced in ERP and processoriented thinking is one of your strengths
- You have a very good command of German and English
- You are characterized by your independent working style, your team spirit and your strong communication skills
