**What's it all about?**
- Providing timely and accurate quotations and handling relevant tasks in the order process to support the daily operations of the PUC sales network.
- Assisting the team with sales order and rental topics to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
- Supporting in the identification of new leads to help grow our business and staying up-to-date with tenders and other inside sales topics.
- Working closely with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and implement proactive measures to foster long-lasting customer relationships.
- You collaborate with the team to identify new sales services and continuously enhance the existing ones.
- You work in an international, highly motivated team that is open to new ideas and looking forward to your participation.

**What are we looking for?**
- You have excellent communication skills and a passion for working with an international sales network.
- Ideally, you have prior experience in sales support activities, customer sales support, or inside sales.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred, but we also value curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools.
- You are well-organized and act self-responsible.
- As a highly organized and responsible team player, you'll be working closely with our internal and external partners, ensuring their needs are met with a positive and supportive attitude.
- You have an open and supportive personality who enjoys servicing internal and external requests, ensuring their needs are met with a positive and supportive attitude.
- You communicate fluently in German and English.
