**Operations Quality Assurance Specialist 80-100% (f/m/x)**:***
**What's it all about?**
- You drive quality topics forward together with colleagues worldwide and form the link between the different teams
- You perform internal process audits and take over the processing of product complaints
- You are in close contact with suppliers and manufacturing partners
- You coordinate and conduct internal process audits and take over the processing of product complaints
- You contribute to the improvement of process flows and product quality by analysing and reporting quality data
- You support, control and drive the further development of our Operations Quality Assurance System
- You carry out ESD trainings and continuously monitor the effectiveness of the set measures

**What are we looking for?**
- You have completed a commercial education and have an affinity for technology
- You have professional experience in quality management (root cause analysis according to 5Why/Ishikawa, Q-Core tools)
- You have strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- You like to work independently and above all analytically and structured
- You can easily communicate in German and English language
