For our dynamic, growing Quality Assurance Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for an

Operations Quality Assurance Specialist 80-100% (f/m/x)

 
What's it all about?

You drive quality topics forward together with colleagues worldwide and form the link between the different teams You are in close contact with suppliers and manufacturing partners You coordinate and conduct internal process audits and take over the processing of product complaints You contribute to the improvement of process flows and product quality by analysing and reporting quality data You support, control and drive the further development of our Operations Quality Assurance System You carry out ESD trainings and continuously monitor the effectiveness of the set measures

 
What are we looking for?

You have completed a commercial education and have an affinity for technology You have professional experience in quality management (root cause analysis according to 5Why/Ishikawa, Q-Core tools) You have strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality You like to work independently and above all analytically and structured You can easily communicate in German and English language
