For our Quality Management team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a
**Quality Manager, 80-100% (f/m/x)**:***
**What's it all about?**
- Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the development, improvement and coordination of our integrated management system
- You coordinate quality audits and certifications (ISO, EMAS) and also conduct internal audits
- You support our worldwide subsidiaries and work closely together with the international QM colleagues
- You lead and support projects
- You support other teams in the development of their processes
- You are responsible for documentation, reporting and training
- You and your QM colleagues will work closely together with the quality assurance team
- You are part of our QHSE team, which makes a significant contribution to the sustainable development of OMICRON

**What are we looking for?**
- You have completed a technical or commercial education (HTL, HAK or comparable knowledge) and are interested in further development.
- Ideally you already have some experience in management systems (QHSE) and/ or project management
- You work precisely, independently and have the ability to inspire others
- You have strong communication skills, organisational talent and a hands-on mentality
- You have good English and German language skills
