For our Business Solutions Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a

**CRM** Application Manager and Lead, 80 - 100 %** (f/m/x)**:***
**What's it all about?**
- Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the maintenance and further development of our CRM system
- You have a key role as a system administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and work closely with our business departments and external partners
- You coordinate business requirements and are a member of various steering committees
- You know our business processes, develop effective solutions in the team, and help with troubleshooting
- You are responsible for system configuration (all administrative tasks, user management, workflows, and integration of ISV solutions)
- You participate in the release and change management processes for MS Dynamics 365 (CRM)

**What are we looking for?**
- You like to work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner, and have experience in project management
- Ideally, you have very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), MS Power Automate, and MS Power Apps
- Knowledge of C#, Java Script, and the use of the XRM toolbox is a plus
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or have successfully completed a relevant training in the IT field
- You are used to communicate in German and English
