Customer & Sales Support 80-100%(f/m/x):***
What's it all about?
- You are an important link to our customers in all commercial issues (pre and after sales)
- You work in small teams with our Area Sales Managers and Application Engineers and support them in their daily business
- You look after and maintain customer relationships, prepare offers/public biddings and take care of data maintenance
- You are responsible for the data entry and maintenance in our customer database
- You prepare information for further sales activities and maintain it in our CRM system (lead management)
- You participate in customer events / fairs and support the team on the spot
What are we looking for?
- You have successfully completed your commercial education and gained already experience with Sales support activities
- You have excellent communication skills, are empathetic and enjoy interacting with customers
- You have an independent and serviceoriented way of working organizational skills, commitment and team spirit are among your strengths
- You are used to communicate in English, other languages would be an advantage
- You are interested in innovation and are willing to acquire basic technical knowledge to understand our products and our customer structure
- You have a confident manner on the phone and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
