**Teamlead Quality Assurance Operations, 60-100% (f/m/x)**:***
**What's it all about?**
- You lead the Operations Quality Assurance team and act as first point for advice, concerns, problems and general feedback
- You support the professional development of your team members and foster a strong collaboration within the team and its different interfaces
- You work together with our world-wide QM team in extending and improving our QMS
- You work on daily team goals like creating and monitoring of inspections, tests and audits and you together with your team are the focal point for customer complaints, CARs and improvements

**What are we looking for?**
- You live our leadership principles & values and ideally bring leadership experience with you (e.g. as a (sub-) project leader or team leader)
- You are familiar with the field of Quality Assurance and QM systems and you could already gain practical experiences in these fields
- You ideally have experience in the field of electronics
- You are well organized and thinking strategically is one of your strengths
- Communicating with different people feels easy for you, in both English and German
