For our sub-process Product Servicing team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a
**Spare Parts Coordinator, 50-100% (f/m/x)**:
OMICRONs range of spare parts has grown organically over the last 15 years based on the needs of our repair centers. With now more than 20 international repair centers relying on our spare parts, we see the need to revise the current documentation and existing procedures. Our goal is to have state-of-the-art documentation and simple processes to ease the work for our repair centers and partners. In this position, you will support these goals by driving improvement initiatives in this area.
**What's it all about?**
- You ensure the continuous expansion of our spare parts range. To ensure this you will accompany the introduction process from the first inquiry to the finished article in the spare parts catalog
- You bring our spare parts documentation to a new level. You will develop and introduce a documentation standard for repair and replacement instructions
- You maintain the spare parts catalog and ensure that our repair instructions are always up to date
- You coordinate the production of spare parts together with team members from the supply products sub-process
- You coordinate the sales and buy-back of spare parts with our international service centers and partners
**What are we looking for?**
- You are interested in technology (a completed technical education is an advantage) and enjoy writing documentation
- You like to work independently and on your own responsibility
- You approach tasks proactively, precisely, and in a structured manner and always keep track of things
- You have a good command of English
