Job description:


We are seeking a talented Influencer Relations Manager (M/F/d) to be the digital face of waterdrop in our DACH market.

Working closely with our global team, you will maintain, develop, and optimize waterdrop's influencer marketing strategies for DACH.

You will manage influencer cooperations, design innovative campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and build relationships with influencers across various social media platforms.

Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness. Your role will be dynamic and influential in shaping the brand's presence in the world of influencer marketing.

Your responsibility:

  • As an Influencer Relations Manager (DACH) (M/F/d) you manage our global influencer collaborations from initial outreach and engagement to negotiation to execution to KPI tracking and analysis across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok Youtube, Twitch, etc.)
  • You design, set up and execute new, innovative and highly activating influencer marketing campaigns in order to drive community growth, awareness and sales
  • You contribute to highlevel marketing strategy and closely collaborate with social media and communications teams to align activities and campaigns
  • You research, identify and recruit new influencers and brand ambassadors. You Manage, look after and foster existing relationships. You build and maintain a strong network with longterm partnerships
  • You monitor and analyze all campaign performances in terms of reach, engagement, community growth and ROI and convert analytical insights into concepts and recommendations
  • You collect influencer marketing knowhow, develop best practices and channel learnings back into the Influencer Marketing team and the organization
  • You stay on top of industry trends, the latest PR/social media advancements as well as relevant best practice examples on influencer marketing
  • You are responsible for event organization and management for local influencer events

What you should bring with you:

  • You are a
    native German speaker and you also communicate fluently in English
  • You can reflect on 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing and hands on campaign management
  • You are an expert in running highly performing driven influencer campaigns across channels (Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Twitch, Podcasts)
  • You are known for your strong analytical skills and indepth knowledge of social media developments
  • You have outstanding oral and written communication skills, ability to maintain professional relationships with a variety of personalities
  • You are a collaborative teamplayer with entrepreneurial attitude and a rollupyoursleeves approach willing to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life
  • Your strength is in prioritization, independent way of working and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environmen

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR gross per year. Depending on qualifications, there is a readiness for overpayment.
