Als Professional Relations Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie maßgeblich mitverantwortlich, Arzt und Pflegepersonal für die Maximierung des Umsatzes und des Marktanteils unseres Hauptproduktes im Gastrointestinal-Bereich sowie weitere Produkte in den Therapiegebieten Herz-Kreislauf & Diabetes. Als Teil des Commercial Teams sind Sie zu 100% im Aussendienst unterwegs und speziell für KOLs (key opinion leaders) sowie Verschreiber und Therapieinitatoren im Krankenhaus als auch Hauptansprechpartner für vertiefende wissenschaftliche Fragen zuständig und Sie arbeiten somit als Verstärkung zu unserem klassischen Aussendienst.

Zu den wesentlichen Verantwortungsbereichen dieser Position zählen:

Identifizierung, Analyse und Mapping von Klinik-KOLs für unser Gastrointestinal-Hauptprodukt in verschiedenen Patientengruppen (Mukoviszidose, chronische/akute Pankreatitis, Bauchspeicheldrüsenkrebs, Diabetes) im Verantwortungsgebiet (Österreich) Aufbau strategischer Beziehungen zu relevanten Entscheidungsträgern und Meinungsbildnern, Aufbau eines KOL-Netzwerks und Speaker-Pools Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Pläne im Einklang mit den Marketingzielen für jeden KOL sowie die aktive Einholung von Insights für die Planung Eigenes Accountmanagement sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Sales (Retail- und Hospital -Team) und dem Medical - Team Hochqualifizierte Fachgespräche auf Augenhöhe mit KOLs im Spitalsbereich Planung und Durchführung von Fortbildungsveranstaltungen und Projekten bei definierten Key Accounts

Im Rahmen dieser Position sind die folgenden Mindestanforderungen zu erfüllen:

Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Naturwissenschaften, Medizin oder Veterinärmedizin Absolvierte Pharmareferentenprüfung 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im KOL-Management in der Klinik Etabliertes Krankenhausnetzwerk und Kontakte in den Therapiegebieten Gastrointestinal, Herz-Kreislauf & Diabetes ist von Vorteil Erfahrung in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern Kundenorientierte, eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Reisebereitschaft (Position: 100% Außendienst) und Teamfähigkeit Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Gute Computerkenntnisse (inkl. iPAD Verwendung im Feld, CRM Tool Erfahrung, Remote-arbeiten)

Das Mindestgehalt liegt bei € jährlich.
