**Director Commercial (m/w/d)**:
**Aufgaben**:

- Mitglied des lokalen Management Teams mit P&L Verantwortung
- Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung einer umfangreichen Niederlassungs
- und Vertriebsorganisation
- Aktive Mitwirkung an der Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Unternehmens
- und Wachstumsstrategie
- Kontinuierliche Identifizierung, Planung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität über die gesamte Vertriebsorganisation
- Kontinuierliches Monitoring der Umsatz, Margen und Profit Ziele von Produkten, Standorten und Vertriebs-Teams
- Kontinuierliche Harmonisierung und Optimierung der Prozesse und Workflows
- Proaktiver Ausbau, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebs
- und Standortorganisation
- Aktive Mitarbeit an globalen Commercial
- und Sales Force Excellence Projekten und Weiterentwicklung von Planungsinstrument

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von komplexen Niederlassungs
- und Vertriebsorganisationen
- Internationale Konzernerfahrung im Bereich Groß- oder Einzelhandel
- Hohe Prozessaffinität sowie Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge und Abhängigkeiten
- Flexible, leistungsorientierte und dynamische Persönlichkeit, mit hohem betriebswirtschaftlichen Gesamtverständnis
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägtes logisches und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs
