Für den Standort in Wien wird nun eine generalistische Führungspersönlichkeit mit starkem Sales Fokus gesucht, die gerne eine federführende Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung der Aesthetics Sparte einnimmt.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Definition und Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem DACH Team
- Erstellung der strategischen Business
- und Marketingpläne sowie die Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen operativen Umsetzung
- Gesamtverantwortung für das lokale Budget und Mitglied im Leadership Team DACH
- Gestaltung und Management der lokalen organisatorischen Prozesse
- Aktiver Aufbau von engen Kundenbeziehungen im Bereich der Ästhetik
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Head of Marketing & Head of Sales
- Strategische und organisatorische Verantwortung für den Standort in Österreich

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Sales / Marketing
- Mind. 4 Jahre direkte Führungsverantwortung und Kenntnisse in der Weiterentwicklung von Teams
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Außendienst (Direktvertrieb)
- Berechtigung zur Übernahme der gewerblichen Geschäftsführung von Vorteil
- Kommunikative, selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Motivation Themen voranzutreiben
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Deutsch
- und Englisch
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität
